RETURNS

We accept returns for store credit up to 7 calendar days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition with RHT hang tag attached, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return in the form of a store gift card emailed to you. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 To start a return,  contact us at hello@shoprhco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and will not be returned to you. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.

 

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded in the form of store credit, which will be emailed to you. Please allow 7-10 business days for us to issue your return once your item reaches us.
