SHIPPPING:
We process all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends and holidays. After processing, orders begin tracking in 24-48 hours.
Once your package is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Please keep in mind delays in postal service are outside of our control.
RETURNS:
We accept returns for store credit up to 7 calendar days after delivery. If the item is unused and in its original condition with RHT hang tag attached, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return in the form of a store gift card e-mailed to you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged.
